Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Project Manager who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. This role requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. About your new role

The Project Manager is as a leadership position focused on enhancing the delivery of complex costing studies and strategic projects. The project manager is required to manage high-priority tasks while ensuring all procurement and project activities align with the agency's. You are responsible for leading a team, managing risks, and engaging with diverse stakeholders, including other government agencies, to provide expert advice on the key pillars

What you will need to exceed

• You must write and communicate to an excellent standard, with a specific ability to translate complex, technical subject matter into clear and concise information for general audiences.
• You will need to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, represent the agency on committees, and provide high-level advice to senior management.
• You must be able to set clear priorities for the work program and maintain team cohesion while simultaneously monitoring the impact of your work on the wider Agency and national policy frameworks.
• You will need to utilise research and analysis to manage complex issues, exercising professional judgment that delivers a high level of impact in a fast-paced environment
